At the invitation of Professor Xing Guoliang, director of the Artificial Intelligence AIoT Laboratory of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Henry Wang, the founder of SmartMesh and the consultant of MeshBox and MetaLife, visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Xing holds a Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Washington and is a classmate of Henry. During the visit, Dr. Peter Yan, CEO of MeshBox, accessed the meeting remotely from Dallas, USA. Dr. Peter is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Electrical and Engineering EE at the University of Washington. The three alumni discussed their cooperation in artificial intelligence, edge computing, Mesh networking, and IoT. Combining AIoT with Web3 is also Professor Xing’s wish.

The specific work is as follows:

1.1 Continue to carry out Metalife Photon social tipping association analysis, conduct offline rewarding entrusted Pub association logic analysis, and further improve MetaLife Photon user experience.

1.2 Conduct P-Pub Photon incentive testing and functional verification to verify the stability of various social behavior correlation incentives in the new Pub interaction, and provide a reference for subsequent Photon incentive expansion.

The specific work is as follows:

  1. Serverless distributed communication and MetaLife preparations.

1.1 Continue to test the new functions of the MetaLife APP, conduct joint debugging tests on NFT list screening, invitation sharing, and other functions, and provide support for improving NFT transaction functions.

1.2 Prototype and interface design of MetaLife GameFi application functions, mainly including game entrance, Pub reception statistics, third-party review and confirmation, POAP and incentive distribution, etc., to provide a reference for improving MetaLife user experience.

1.3 Organize the functions of the MetaLife reputation scoring smart contract, mainly including social behavior scoring classification, scoring standards, implementation methods, application scenarios, etc., to provide support for the expansion of MetaLife ecological applications.

1.4 Carry out DAO middleware functional interface development docking, confirm DAO interaction list statistics, proposal templates, parameter construction, progress tracking, and other functional interfaces, and provide technical support for the subsequent development of MetaLife DAO.

The specific work is as follows:

Progress in participating in the development of the SmartMesh ecological project MetaLife Dapp:

  1. Upgrade/improve the double-ended compilation environment;
  2. Research and improve the ssb life cycle;
  3. Re-plan overall data allocation/use/management;
  4. Optimize the connection of data such as graph/summary / vote/profile in RN;
  5. The page UI display and function realization of the message shared by nft;
  6. Debug the p-pub branch, find problems and modify them, and package internal tests;
  7. Realization of red dot logic for incoming messages;
  8. Add logic to view your own post on the profile page;
  9. Complete the function of creating nft by sending a post, and optimize the process of creating the function;
  10. Added a tab switch in the personal collection, and added a posts entry;
  11. Initially complete the UI of the dao page, dao details page, members page, dao proposal information, and other pages;

The two co-founders visited a well-known network equipment manufacturer in Shenzhen. The manufacturer is willing to join the MeshBox ecosystem to provide mesh networking and IoT equipment. The two sides discussed the MeshBox solution for direct connection to the low-orbit satellite constellation. During their stay in Shenzhen, the two co-founders met with resource parties in the secondary market and made a preliminary plan for the rise of ecology.

Henry discussed the combination of AI and Web3 with Dr. Mike Ding, professor at Nanjing University, Ph.D. of Stanford University, and communication member of the Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Professional Committee of China Computer Federation. MetaLife returns data autonomy to users, enabling users to provide distributed solutions for chatGPT and AIGC by authorizing data to the large language model LLM.
