SmartMesh Biweekly Report (2021.10.09–2021.10.22)

The SUSS-SmartMesh Metaverse Workshop jointly organized by SmartMesh and the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) will kick off in Singapore in early December 2021, in conjunction with the launch of TokenShip, the decentralized social network and the entrance to Metaverse.  This opens the door to all professors and students from not just SUSS but also other Institutes of Higher Learning to experience the decentralized social functions of TokenShip, the flagship DApp on SmartMesh ecosystem.

SmartMesh’s ecosystem has attracted many potential partners from Singapore, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and Southeast Asian countries which will benefit from services such as supply chain,financial technology and social networks in the ecosystem.  The team from SmartMesh foundation is conducting in-depth business and technical discussions with such potential partners to realize business collaboration and onboard their applications onto the Spectrum blockchain.

The following is specific work for the past 2 weeks:

  1. Supported design for DAO related contract functions with the TokenShip team, including contracts for creation and management of DAO, DAO reserve fund management, and DAO governance;
  2. Assisted TokenShip team to complete design related to avatar NFT functions, including user uploading and selling NFT, NFT marketplace, personal center and purchasing of NFTs;
  3. Analyzed decentralized social protocol code;
  4. Prepared for React Native wallet framework;
  5. Designed DApp pages in React Native framework.

  1. Analyzed feasibility of Photon super node feature to provide a plan for social reward mechanism for the TokenShip team. Discussed the construction of the decentralized reward mechanism and consensus for Photon channel network jointly built by Photon super node and TokenShip Pub.
  2. Code update for Photon code optimization related to Layer 2 payments; including fast payment function, Coruscant contract upgrade, resolution to auxiliary service (path finding and monitoring) issue, etc.

  1. Evaluated technical overview for TokenShip Litepaper, analyzed and discussed technical design for on-chain data, privacy protection, and blockchain interaction process for distributed communication application.
  2. Performed functional verification of related decentralized social projects, verified communication stability in Bluetooth, WiFI, Internet P2P invitation and pub connection.
  3. Designed the distributed communication challenge and certification process, and analyzed feasibility of challenge registration, event push, certification data collection, and review verification links.
  4. Analyzed the design for authenticity and verification of decentralized social content, and the design for incentive model through data analysis, member reporting, DAO inspections, etc.

  1. Worked with TokenShip team related to ecosystem project.
  2. Discussed and compared mainstream DAO and NFT functionality with SmartMesh ecosystem development.
