SmartMesh Weekly report (2018.10.15 — — 2018.10.19)

This week, SmartMesh signed a blockchain cooperation agreement in the Philippines.

The SmartMesh foundation and MeshBox foundation provide Mesh network and blockchain technology for Traxion, “the Philippines inclusive finance and agriculture blockchain project”.

Since then, the blockchain Mesh network constructed by SmartMesh will be officially applied on the ground!

Since its debut in the Philippines, SmarttMesh has attracted the attention of numerous local government agencies and large and medium-sized enterprises. For the cooperation proposal put forward by various parties, we will negotiate one by one. We are willing to cooperate with partners with the same aspirations and similar concepts. We believe that the blockchain Mesh network established by SmartMesh can help the Philippine network to develop rapidly and promote the comprehensive improvement of all fields in the Philippines.

In the future, SmartMesh will build a global blockchain Mesh network based on Mesh nodes provided by MeshBox, to truly connect each other and create more value!

Many SmartMesh users have been following the progress of the project closely recently.

In particular, Mr. Henry Wang, the founder of SmartMesh, and Mr. Peter, chief scientist of MeshBox, analyzed in the community, and detailed information was given for the application of the two projects in the Philippines.

The Spectrum connection speed can save a lot of time for users of the global blockchain Mesh network every second faster, so the team conducted related research and development to improve the network access speed of Spectrum.

In addition to the above work, the team also analyzed the emscripten environment and studied Wasm related technologies.

Communicate with the Russian team to explore the best solution for continuous improvement of Spectrum.

Specific work is as follows:

1. Set out to implement the Perception plug-in on the Spectrum node, which is a routing plug-in used to help Spectrum users access the network quickly.

2. Encode the “persistent routing information” function of the pecophaplug-in.

3. Analyzed the Emscripten environment and study Wasm related technologies.

4. Design Plasma debit and details of related sub-chains.

5. Meeting with the Russian team video to discuss the Spectrum optimization ideas.

After a long time of all-around optimization, Ozone version 0.5.1 has become more and more perfect.

On an existing basis, the team added network switching capabilities to make it easier for users to better use Ozone across different networks.

Specific work is as follows:

1. Account management module based on vuex-electron reconstruction.

2. Modify the login lock function to make it more intelligent than previous versions.

3. Add “development” menu and add “network” switching function.

4. Reimplement the functional code of cleaning database.

The team is mainly engaged in the development of new SmartRaiden features.

In addition to improving the start-up speed and operational stability of SmartRaiden, the new function can also make SmartRaiden better match the operational requirements of MeshBox.

At the same time, the team also carried out routing query service implementation, common channel scheme design, and other work, laying the foundation for future convenient payment of multiple types of Token.

Specific work is as follows:

1. Development of new SmartRaiden functions.

(1) optimize the SmartRaiden start process and add the contract bytecode verification at startup.

(2) rebuild the Blockchain package, integrate the Alarmstask and Events module, and change the event fetching on the chain from subscription to polling.

(3) development of Photon-Plugin.

(4) modify the default Registry address to automatically adapt to the network environment.

2. PFS routing service implementation

(1) balance proof interface and channel capacity update implementation.

(2) build the channel network diagram through events such as Tokennetwork registration, channel opening, and closing.

(3) building PFS functional interface database.

3. General channel scheme design

(1) multi-token supports functional demand design, which can satisfy multiple tokens to use the same general channel for off-chain transfer.

(2) Tokenswap supports functional requirement design, and HTLC is used to realize Token exchange in the general channel.

After successfully contacting the Spectrum and SmartRaiden service with the MeshBox team, the team began to comprehensively test the security and stability of APP operation and optimized various functions of APP.

Specific work is as follows:

1. Adjust the interface of HTTP protocol to HTTPS protocol interface to improve security.

2. IOS devices comply with apple latest regulations and request the corresponding authority of wifi to obtain SSID.

3. Optimize known operating procedures and reconstruct the functional logic of the wallet.

The successful signing of Traxion by SmartMesh has attracted global attention in the Philippines.

This is the first formal application of the blockchain Mesh network, which will bring more favorable changes to the Philippines.

In addition, the marketing team also completed a number of work including negotiation, market analysis and making plans.

Specific work is as follows:

1. The SmartMesh foundation and MeshBox foundation have provided Mesh network and blockchain technical support for Traxion, “the Philippines inclusive finance and agricultural blockchain project”, and signed the cooperation agreement.

Not long ago, Traxion offered a blockchain solution for Filipino farmers, and choosing to partner with SmartMesh would make the solution more feasible.

3. Developed the global publicity plan for the new version of the SmartMesh project, including multiple contents such as SmartMesh ecosystem project, network carrier and additional services, and regional simulation evaluation.

4. Before this, SmartMesh has obtained the work registration certificate issued by the national copyright administration of the People’s Republic of China and has been officially protected by the China copyright protection center.

The market team has begun to pay attention to the problem of SmartMesh plagiarism in the Chinese market and is now gathering information.
