After effective handling by the SmartMesh Team, the “Smart Contract Overflow Leak Event” is fully under control.
Regarding the “counterfeit tokens” resulting from the event, SmartMesh Foundation has pledged to buy them back from the market and destroy them. This will not affect any SMT holder.
This event was a test of the team’s ability to respond to emergencies. Now risk awareness will be enhanced and overall stability and security of the project will be taken more seriously.
